How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary and will be displayed at checkout when you choose your shipping option.

How long will shipping take?

You will be able to choose your shipping option at checkout, and we ship via FedEx. Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you're rushed you can choose 2-day or overnight shipping.

All International shipments will typically arrive in 3-5 business days. We ship via FedEx International Priority.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. Upon shipping your email will be added to all FedEx tracking notifications, so the tracking emails will come from FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have shipped to Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. If we don't ship to you and you'd like to purchase something, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll figure it out!

Are there custom or import taxes on international shipments?

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Upon checkout, the shipping cost does not include any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. Those will be paid separately, by you. Once your package arrives to customs in the destination country, FedEx will contact you directly (via email or phone) to collect any duties or taxes owed. FedEx will not release the package until those fees are paid. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Can I change my address?

Please contact our customer service if you have moved or plan on moving, and we'll track down your order and make sure it gets to you.
