Online Card Email & RSVP Tracking
How to track your emails and online card RSVPs
- Navigate to My Account > My Online Cards
- Each project that has been sent will have a green circle in the upper left corner. Hover over the thumbnail of your sent project and click Manage + Track
- On the Manage + Track screen you can view who opened, received or clicked on your emails, as well as track RSVPs (if you are collecting them)
To see who opened, received or clicked on your emails hover over the dot in each row. Or, click on a row to open up the details for each guest/s.
How to edit guest RSVPs
- Navigate to My Account > My Online Cards
- Each project that has been sent will have a green circle in the upper left corner. Hover over the thumbnail of your sent project and click Manage + Track
- On the Manage + Track screen you can click on any guest row and the details for that guest will pop-up. You can edit and save the guest RSVP details right there.
