Send a Follow-Up

How to send a free Follow-Up

  • Navigate to My Account > My Online Cards
  • Each project that has been sent will have a green circle in the upper left corner. Hover over the thumbnail of your sent project and click Manage + Track
  • On the Manage + Track screen there is a Follow Up button in the upper right.

If you are taking RSVPs via your online card...

You can follow up with those guests that have RSVP'd or those that have not. Choose the group you want to send the email to, and then fill out all fields before sending. You can send yourself a free test to see how the Follow Up email looks, and we always recommend sending yourself a test just to make sure everything is perfect.

If you are not taking RSVPs via your online card...

You can follow up with those guests that have opened the email or those that have not. Choose the group you want to send the email to, and then fill out all fields before sending. You can send yourself a free test to see how the Follow Up email looks, and we always recommend sending yourself a test just to make sure everything is perfect.

If you sent an online card, but are taking RSVPs on your wedding website...

If you are taking RSVPs on your wedding website, using the free follow up feature will still only allow you to follow up with people based on the email status (opened the email or not). That is becuase you are taking RSVPs on your wedding website, which is a different product - the website does not "communicate" with the online card. 

So, if you are taking RSVPs via your wedding website, consider using our announcements to send a RSVP reminder. These email announcements are completely customizable email templates that can be sent to whoever you select on your guest list.  

If you sent an email announcement...

When you send an email annoucement, you can only follow up with those guests who have not opened the email. Since it's only an email, the only thing you would follow up on is with guests that haven't opened the email (so they do open the email). If you would like to send another email to your entire guest list, you'll need to create a new annoucement.
